Please join us for GPTEC’s Diabetes Data Roundtable, planned for April 25-26, 2017 in Deadwood, SD.
The purpose of the Diabetes Data Roundtable is to bring together tribal and IHS program and clinical staff as well as key regional partners to facilitate an overarching discussion of Diabetes programming in the Great Plains Area and the role that data plays in monitoring and improving this programming. The goal is to foster a wider understanding of and collaboration surrounding best practices, challenges, resources, and tools available, and to begin action planning and partnership in moving forward – guided by the effective management and use of data – toward the common goal of reducing the burden of Diabetes within Great Plains Area tribal communities.
Travel stipends are still available, but the last day to request one will be Friday, April 7 by 5:00pm MT.
