GPTEC is requesting that our partners and stakeholders fill out a survey to provide us with feedback and input regarding that services that we provide. Your feedback assists us in ensuring that we are responding to your needs in the best way possible.
In order for us to pursue quality improvement for the next fiscal year, we are requesting that anyone interested in completing the survey do so by this Friday, September 29 by 5:00pm MT.
The survey should take no more than 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
